Standard Shipping Method

Standard orders are shipped via international small parcel logistics.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping method, and local logistics conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Local carrier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events (weather conditions, strikes, etc.)


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination country or region

  • Package weight and dimensions


Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their local authorities.

MinsterTech is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or customs clearance issues caused by local customs regulations.


Package Size & Weight Limitations

For international small parcel shipments, the following limitations apply:

  • Maximum weight: 2KG per package

  • Maximum single side length: 60cm

  • Maximum total dimensions (L + W + H): 90cm

Product size and weight may vary by SKU.

Orders exceeding these limits may be:

  • Shipped in separate packages, or

  • Required to use alternative shipping methods

without prior notice.


Additional Shipping Options

For customers who prefer express shipping services such as DHL, FedEx, or other couriers, please contact us before placing the order to confirm availability, shipping cost, and delivery time.


Bulk Orders & Freight Forwarding

For bulk or wholesale orders, MinsterTech supports the following shipping arrangements:

  • Delivery to a freight forwarder within China

  • Sea freight

  • Other logistics solutions upon request

Please contact us in advance to discuss the most suitable shipping method for large-volume orders.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

MinsterTech is not responsible for:

  • Delays or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the shipment

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
