At MinsterTech, we are committed to delivering reliable and professional solutions for LCD TV repair and electronic bonding applications.

Every product is carefully inspected and tested before shipment to ensure consistent quality and performance.

Due to the professional and technical nature of electronic repair equipment and consumables, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:


Eligible Returns

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  1. The item arrives damaged or defective.

  2. The item received is incorrect or does not match the order.

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos for verification.

Once confirmed, our technical support team will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product integrity and fairness for all customers, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Used, installed, or modified products

  • Customer ordering mistakes (incorrect model, size, or compatibility)

  • Incompatibility due to improper selection

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or bulk orders


Return Shipping

  • For confirmed quality issues or incorrect shipments, MinsterTech will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For non-quality-related returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.


European Union Customers

In accordance with EU consumer regulations, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to professional-use electronic repair consumables once opened or used.
